The property is situated at a very accessible location inside the city The hotel has a good array of food items for breakfast and the suit I stayed in was quite luxurious and was filled with daily essentials.

This hotel is very nice. The location (15 minute walk to the Twin Towers) is excellent. We stayed on the 44th floor and the view is amazing!! Also, the buffet breakfast is delicious. Finally, the staff is first class and will help you with anything you need. Would definitely stay there again if in Kuala Lumpur.

Room was a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Bathroom all the fittings were either loose or had been bodged back into place. Food was terrible, chicken shawarma wrap had virtually no chicken, definitely wasn’t shawarma and was just filled with veg and a weird sauce. Didn’t eat there again. Note this isn’t a holiday hotel it’s more for business but is well located for the towers

The staff was excellent from the moment we walked in. Close to the trains MRT/LRT. We took them everywhere we went . Beautiful clean room and the breakfast was spectacular.

Hotel is well appointed in the heart of KL city. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Food was average and repetitive. If you enjoy local food andvariety skip the breakfast buffet and visit a local kopitiam.
