Book Knook hotels

It took me a couple moments to find the entrance to the hotel as it is somewhat tucked away between some of the many restaurants. However, once i found it and made my way in I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff were kind and helpful and the main lobby was clean and elegant in looks. The room was yes a bit small, but when you're a single traveler it works perfectly well. It was clean and modern and had all the usual amenities one looks for. The bed was a bit stiffer than I personally like, but overall that is a minor thing compared to the rest of the excellent experi had while at The Z Hotel, would definitely book there again.

The hotel is located outside the city of Bath. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, so we took a local bus. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Gems assisted us at check-in and printed out the bus schedule for us!! She was very pleasant as well as all the other staff. We were having dinner at the hotel, and she walked us to the dining room. Breakfast was delicious and made to order!! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. There is a large car park available for those driving at no additional charge! Great stay!!

A beautiful hotel. Felt luxurious and special. The spa is stunning and so much better than the Thermae Spa. I was actually quite gutted that I spent additional money to go there. Stunning interiors and beautiful rooms. I will come back and I will recommend.

The hotel blends historic charm with modern luxury, and the room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect — close to all the main sights, yet quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. A great choice for a relaxing and stylish stay in Bath.
