I would just suggest to avoid getting a room next to the stairwell doors. If there’s a lot of traffic, that door slams insanely loud. There was a wedding taking place when we were there and tons of people using that door all night next to our room. Otherwise the hotel and rooms are great.

Loud because of its proximity to train and train station. Fire Alarm went off in the suites building at 5am since those units have kitchens I imagine that’s more common

Party!

There's a beautiful outdoor terrace that fills up with people in the evening until very late at night. Extremely noisy (laughter, music...) I'm talking about twenty people. Several rooms have windows on that side. We notified reception during the night, but there was no change. Definitely avoid if you want to sleep before 2:00 a.m.

Gorgeous hotel. Beds were very comfy. Rooms are large. Very limited towels in the bathroom, so we had to request more. The pool is small & is shared with the neighbouring hotel. The nighttime cookies at the front desk were a nice touch. The front desk store could have more fun selections. Just found that this hotel lacked the “extras” that a lot of hotels do for their customers. Regardless it served its purpose and we were satisfied.

I didn’t enjoy that my sink did not work and the only option I was given is to give up my kind room for a double bed room in another building and I was traveling with family and wanted to be near them . Even a discount or a breakfast would have been nice but best option was to completely remove me from my family into a room I didn’t choose and move all my stuff at 9:30 pm
