The hotel facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The water pressure in the bathroom was so low that it was impossible to take a proper shower. The TV didn’t work, and I missed watching the Winter Olympics. The staff spent over an hour trying to fix it, and eventually it worked, but unfortunately the picture quality was very poor and blurry due to the low resolution. All lights in the rooms are way too bright, that you need wear sunglasses when you turn any light on, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast was of very low quality—almost inedible. Two stars: one for the location and one for the staff. Everything else deserves a negative rating.

Wonderful stay in separate two bed, two bath cottage. So quiet and peaceful. It was like being miles away from the hustle and bustle but centrally located to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Rooms haven’t been updated in quite awhile. Had to keep blinds closed during day since guests traveled in front of your room throughout the day, so although you have windows the blinds needed to be closed so felt like being in a cave. Description stated there were robes, but was informed by the front desk that there were not any. Staff members were pleasant.

Room was clean. Complementary breakfast was great and well stocked. We didn’t end up catching a happy hour as we were out and about but great that it’s provided. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Location was convenient for lots of time spent on Duval Street. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing hotel ! Checked in by Jodi who was so friendly & helpful. Hotel is worth every penny room has everything you need in it, spacious & very clean. Breakfast was good, location very good only a short walk into town. Checked out by Lokesh who was also very helpful & friendly. Both staff members we encountered are a credit to the hotel !

Fantastic location! Just a short walk to Duval and the whole downtown area. The room was spacious and clean. It seemed even soundproof...as I didn't hear any rooster crows to wake me at an ungodly hour. Also, took a dip in the pool and it seemed to be heated as the pool was cozy warm in January cool weather. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Housekeeping was deplorable. Checked in on Monday Checked out on Friday. Not once was the room cleaned. Sheets changed once when requested. Towels were replaced once upon request..we're talking about humidity so high nothing dries, so we had damp cold towels the other days. Plus was hit with a $40/day parking fee.
