Ramon, who greeted us at the front desk, was very welcoming and helpful. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The room was nice but needs some maintenance work to get up to five stars. The facility is nicely located to the marina and the waterfront and only a short five blocks to Duvall Street. We would stay here again.

The staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast spread each morning was delicious. Our bed was very comfortable, and when it was time to sleep, it was quiet. This was a convenient location and we did a lot of walking. We didn't take advantage of the outside patio or balcony, but they looked inviting and other guests seemed to enjoy spending time there. Overall a nice experience!

It is a true bed and breakfast in an older building. Closed the door to our room and the glass came out of the door! Gentlemen did his best to fix it? He had some packing tape to keep it in. But 30&40 mph gave us concerns of it staying in the door? But it did

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location if on Kew West Express Ferry. Unfortunate loud raatling/humming noise from pool equipment 24 hours. Turn your white noise source to high volume!

Old house converted to hotel. Very clean and updated. Comfy bed. Uncomfortable pillows. Room is quite small. Only 1 chair to sit. Large shower. Small tv viewable from bed. Outdoor balciny and patio. Typical cold breakfast offerings. Walling distance to duval strret. 6 blocks ot so. No parking. Have to find street parking or pay lot. Can be several blocks from hotel. Helpful staff. Very pricy for the ammenities, but its key west. All lodging is over priced.

The room #14 was in need of a good deep cleaning and maintenance. For the amount of money {+$250 a nite) paid you should expect much more. Plus a resort fee on top? Ridiculous. Though I must say the gentlemen at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. There are many choices in Key West spend your money elsewhere.

We were surprised to see the facility charge a credit card fee in addition to their “resort” fee. For the prices they charged, we would have expected more. The room was shoddy; the room safe didn’t work; the room air conditioner was inconsistent and noisy. Plus, in trying to repeatedly contact the hotel, all we ever got was an answering machine. The overall experience was less than average. We would not stay again.
