I was celebrating my boyfriends birthday this weekend and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were super nice especially (Jose and Joel) along with Jessie the concierge that helped us book the most awesome parasailing trip ever! They even brought us a bottle of champagne to the room and were very attentive to any other amenities that we needed. Thank you so much for this experience, we will be back.

Elevator out of service, only one elevator outside m, super slow and most if the times people waiting to be lifted. Hotel still under renovation which one pool was closed due to painting, leaving only one small pool available and usually crowded. TV in the room did not work, only Channel 9 Telemundo was visible …. So we watched no news nor other channel. Overall OK
