Upon checkin we had issues with our reservation and instead of speaking to us in a “nice professional tone” I was spoken to in a matter that made us feel there was no room a available for our family. Once that was settled, we had to wait for rooms to be ready which was fine but they weren’t ready for another 3 hours. With no updates.
Once we got into our rooms ( we had two) one still had tools left in the bathroom and wet cocking around the shower; no apologies were made or reason as to why the cocking was still wet and if we could shower or not. Just took the tools and left without answering our questions.
Pool area was very small. And not what was all expected.
Beds were very nice and comfortable - gave us a very good sleep.
Check out was easy with a wonderful transportation ride to the cruise port.
I definitely would not go to this hotel or recommend to any of my friends who would be staying in Miami.
