Hotel receptionist refused to open back door after 12 am claiming door near the garage should be locked at that time and indicated to guests to walk in the cold around the hotel to the main entrance. Please note there were no signa indicating such rule. Receptionist was extremely rude date: 2 November 2025 12:30 am The room lacks basic toiletries like shower cap and hand lotion. When asked at reception we were told this is a known hotel policy that it is only available upon request while we did not receive this info at check in.

An excellent hotel. We stayed for a night after flying in later in the day and having to catch a train the next morning. The room was new, very clean, spacious, and quiet. Helpful staff. The extensive breakfast buffet was a real bargain and the restaurant was good too. An efficient airport shuttle included and they will take you to the train station too, although it is only five minutes walk away. I've stayed at some pretty poor airport hotels over the years and this was a really nice change.

The only problem we had was with the airport shuttle, they transported people from three different hotels and we had to wait more than an hour to make it to our hotel. People kept cutting off the queue and even with my dad in a wheelchair, there was no help from the driver. Other than that the hotel is new, clean, beautiful rooms and decent food at the restaurant. The hotel staff were fast and friendly at check in.
