Walls are so thin you can hear people beside you. I couldn’t sleep all night cause the couples beside me wanted to have some fun. The furniture is old, the pool area is falling apart everything is ghetto. The they need an entire renovation. Don’t stay here

Way too many noisy, misbehaved children running about, entering bar, dripping from pool, leaving wet foorprints on hall floor and in elevator. In one case we saw management ignore a parent who allowed toddlet to JUMP all over lobby furniture reoeatedly. Bartander was excellent and hard working, but bar needs longer hours qnd breakfast needs to be included for price

It was our first time at Novotel Montreal airport area. The hotel room was clean and the mattress and pillows very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. My husband and I stayed one night at the Novatel Montreal Airport and really loved it. We were a little apprehensive because of mixed reviews but were so impressed- from such a warm check-in experience (thank you, Jenny!) to a very clean and comfortable and quiet room (room 522) to a relaxing, delicious dinner in the restaurant and very pleasant breakfast and efficient check-out - all excellent. There are really lovely tasteful European touches to this hotel - from the art and decor of the lobby to the soft spa-like music in the corridor of the 5th floor. We drove and we were not going to the airport so it was not important to us but I would caution travellers going to the airport to leave a good amount of time because traffic getting to the airport can be very congested and the terminal is located at the far end of the airport from the hotel. Other than leaving extra time for the airport, if needed, we would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
