Staff everywhere were nonchalant and preoccupied. Food at restaurants was terrible. Location was far from most destinatioms so I used Grab taxis everywhere (relatively cheap plus foreign transaction fees on each fare) because of that. Hotel itself was spacious and clean. The warm cookies at the front desk made my day.
Looked great, tasted horrible, did not eat it asked for a refund.

The pool is awesome in the late afternoon. Note that the "bakery breakfast" is not actually breakfast. You need to request the actual breakfast separately. Also, the resort is not convenient to any outside restaurants. Generally a pretty nice place to stay.

This was our 3 rd sty at this hotel in 3 months . just loved it . The staff the pool , the great burger lab at the pool . Comfy beds , water everyday , a fridge and very helpful staff . Only complaint was the man who worked at the coffee and I understand this is not managed by the hotel .
