I had booked online. As I was a late arrival, the desk clerk phoned to ask when I would be arriving. This appears to be a family runned Motel. If I were to be travelling in Kamloops, I would not hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely amazing. It’s affordable, clean, comfortable and secure. The staff is SO friendly and accommodating. We decided to stay an extra night and were able to keep the room another day. They’re so good with our German shepherd and supplied us with some doggie bags as we forgot them back in PG. we will absolutely without a doubt continue to stay here when we come to Kamloops. Highly recommend. Very quiet and just all around lovely, welcoming, safe, and comfortable.

Staff were courteous and professional. Unfortunately I had a problem with the heater in my room (it was very loud). When brought to the staff’s attention a small (quiet) portable room heater was supplied. Please note: I have stayed here several times and this was the first and only time I have had a problem (of any sort) with a room at this motel.

The staff were very helpful. Our arrival was delayed because of a road closure. They arranged for our key card to be placed in a lockbox so that we could get in our room without disturbing anyone.
