I had mentioned in passing during the booking process that we were celebrating her special day, and they not only remembered but went above and beyond to make it memorable. We arrived back in our room after a day of exploring to find a delicious birthday cake, and a handwritten note from the staff. It was such a surprise and a truly touching display of how much they value their guests. ​The room itself was immaculate and beautifully appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. Every aspect of our stay, from the impeccable service to the small, meaningful gestures, demonstrated a commitment to excellence. the staff was so friendly and clever

The staff really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, making sure we were comfortable and having fun even after we had checked out. The pool was amazing, and the location was perfect for checking out « The Walk » and enjoying a view of the the Palm. A special mention of Lydia with guest services who made our stay truly special.
