From the moment we arrived at the W Hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. Our check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for our stay. Every single staff member we encountered was outstanding — from the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless, to the friendly and attentive staff at the swimming pool, and the exceptional service at the restaurant. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the hotel truly went above and beyond to make it unforgettable — surprising me with balloons, a delicious cake, and warm wishes that made me feel incredibly special. It was such a thoughtful touch that I will always remember. A huge shout out to Rooza one of the most amazing people I have ever met. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience even more extraordinary. She is a true asset to the W Hotel team. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. Whether you’re a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family wanting a luxurious and fun experience, I wholeheartedly recommend the W Hotel. It was a very comfortable stay. The food at Jam Jar was very good. We ejoyed the pool and the proximity of a grocery store and major mall. Wifi was decent but not great.

Honestly this place exceeded my expectations. My children and I booked a 3 bedroom apartment and all I can say is - WOW! It was absolutely amazing and had all of the comforts of home. It was so spacious and had amazing views of the Dubai and the bustling JBR. The pool was spectacular and had great food and a cool vibe. Will surely be coming again!
