Arrived at wouldn't let us check in and there was hardly anybody there at hotel we explained we had to be a conference at 4 and wanted to clean up before. Room was dirty phone was static roaches on floor and wall. Remote was broken. No where ti hang towels in bathroom

A lady manager profiled me after I already checked in like I wasn’t supposed to be there. A roach crawled on me in the bed and only 1 elevator was working that caused overflow traffic . I did like the pool hours . It was quiet for the most part .
