The outside door to the pool was left unlocked as staff family was present swimming. The pool was filled with people who were not guests as they arrived and left in a vehicle. The pool surroundings were left filthy with outside food. Trash was everywhere from those guests. The breakfast bar was not refilled. There were no bagels. The milk was out. The coffee was empty. The staff never greeted us. The hotel use to be our favorite but we will not be staying again. We are Hilton honor members and this establishment needs to be reviewed by upper management

We really enjoyed our stay!! The hotel was clean, the front desk staff was approachable, and friendly, and the surrounding area had plenty of shopping for our short stay. The only thing we wished was a bit better was the continental breakfast. Wish there were a few more options.
