Still a great stay

Overall it was a great stay.. Asked for extra towels and washcloths at check in and from housekeeping never received them.. Air Condition was no match with the Florida heat so room was a little warmer than usual

Great- just a couple issues.

Pool water was cloudy and hot tub was even worse. Front desk was very friendly and courteous. Dog barking was annoying and not dealt with properly.

Staff was nice, but the overall experience wasn't good. The pool wasn't clean. They didn't have enough clean towels and washcloths. The snacks and beverages for sale was low.
