Pleasant Stay

Our "Ocean View Suite" was very pleasant. It was our first stay. We did not exactly what to expect after reading some negative reviews. The place does show it's age, but seems to be well taken care of. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful.

Balcony door was sticky and blinds didnt work properly. They wouldn't stay up unless you tied them off. Breakfast was good and the bed comfortable. The wifi signal needs to be improved.

Great value on the beach!

What a treat to stay on the beach after spending the same amount staying at a hotel with a view of I-75 just a few days before! Both of ladies at the desk during our visit were very attentive and pleasant. Love the free breakfast and parking, but not as much as the sunset and sunrise from the roof!

I rented the partial ocean view suite. The bed was comfy and the ac was cold. The balcony is very small which I knew and overlooks the parking lot with the ocean off to your right. The bathroom is tight. The first night they didn’t have the room I booked so had to stay in a standard pool view room that night and then moved the next day to the room I booked a month or so prior. Received a $50 gift card to local restaurant to compensate for room price diff. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is good. They could use some new towels in the bathrooms as they are thin and worn lol. Overall I liked the hotel because it was clean, dog friendly and the ocean was right there. My room averaged $250 night with taxes which is about right for what you get. It’s not luxurious by any means, but it was a nice hotel. I would stay there again.

Started with the rude counter, check in person. The room had filthy carpet that was coming up at the doorways bathroom had mold. Air conditioning was extremely loud. Way too pricey for what we had.

Great location. Staff truly went above qnd beyond. I had a sea gull fly into the front of my SUV. It was stuck in the grill. A gentleman employee offered to assist. He and another employee were able to remove it and cleaned up my car too. Great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! The suite was beautiful, spacious, and it seemed like all the rooms had at least a partial ocean view. Breakfast was included, and they even offered cookies at check-in, which was a nice touch. It's just a short walk to the beach—exactly why we chose this place. I also liked that the Sandbar is nearby, but unfortunately, the smell of fried food was noticeable around the hotel. The pool is pretty small.

Great location and proximity to beach.

After checking in, I found that Our shower was not cleaned properly, although the entire floor had a strong disinfectant type odor which took some getting used to. After mentioning the mildew at the front desk, it was immediately taken care of by maintenance. The couch looked like it could use a good cleaning because it had a stain on it which I guess may be permanent. And the door handle to the balcony was a little loose. All staff were always very pleasant and helpful, but the hotel could definitely use more attention to detail since it is an older building. The location was excellent and breakfast was decent. Underground parking is tight for a large pickup.

This place was really nice and the included breakfast was really good prepared by a wonderful sweet lady whom made myself and family very comfortable, We definitely will be back for more days oh and the FREE parking is a huge plus
