Super convenient to the beach and only a short drive to town. Wonderful breakfast, plus fruit, dog biscuits and fresh baked cookies always available in the lobby. Staff very responsive if you need anything.

I have stayed at Seaside Amelia many times and always return! Great location, beach bar and restaurant in site, walk to lighthouse a few minutes and 5 min drive to downtown. And good free breakfast and wonderful staff! However, the water pressure was ridiculously low this time, there wasn’t enough parking so I had to park in public parking down the street overnight, and the WiFi didn’t work in our room much of our stay. These have never been issues before so hopefully they’ll correct them especially at $315 a night! I’ll consider at the hotel across the street next time.

Room 126 is a great size! Very pet friendly! My only disappointment was with the breakfast. I stayed for several days last year and the breakfast was amazing.. This year was very redundant. Minimal. The pool is clean and well kept. Planning to return asap

There was a bit of confusion at check in. Only one person at desk. Manager went to check on room because they said we could check in early and she never came back. At check out we asked for receipt to be emailed and it never was. The stay was positive though and they offered chocolate chip cookies. The mattress in the sofa bed could definitely be replaced. Not the best. I'd stay here again.

Location is great! Could use a little updating. The couch/sofa bed are uncomfortable to sit on. Could also use some prints for decor and better lighting! It smelled Doggy sometimes. Personally, I’ld prefer dog only rooms, and non dog rooms. Not everyone loves your dog like you do!

Great location. Very clean and spacious. The room was very plane but updated. The breakfast was really very good. The bad was, there was no body wash or soap for our stay. ( I am sure they would have accommodate had we asked) and there was a workmans tools and cart left in the elevator crashing around whenever anyone used it.
