The shower wasn’t working to switch to hot water; my husband had to tighten the screw, and after that it wouldn’t stop dripping. There was a cockroach, a dirty table, cockroach dirt, and no blanket.

The property was covered with trash. There was an empty beer can sitting on the steps for the whole weekend that the cleaning staff conveniently walked over my entire stay there. There was an empty Steak ‘n Shake bag in the parking lot that also sat there and no one bothered to pick it up. I am also not sure why they block off the two parking spaces in front of the office. The manager also parks her car in a way to block people from parking in those two spots. I waited over 45 minutes just to check in because the staff locked the door with a sign that says be right back. She didn’t come back until over 45 mins later. The rooms weren’t clean properly and the floors had a slight stickiness to them and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. On my second day the manager opened my room and tried to walk in, aggressively asking me if I was leaving. I had paid for two nights but whoever checked me in only had me down for one night. She made me come all the way down to the front desk to confirm my reservation for two nights. It was a huge inconvenience and slightly shocking to have someone open my door and just try to walk in.

The staff is rude and unprofessional and this place is disgusting, roach infested, dirty floors and shower, old food left in fridge, tv didnt work and none of the plug ins worked. Nothing but drug dealers and people fighting out at night, very unsafe and scary place!

The check in was great; one of the lights of the night table was no working, either the electrical outlet and charger outlet in the same side, at the shower there were mire water in the bathroom floor than inside. The morning check out staff was disrespectful when we were uploading the luggage. Will no come back to it

My fiance & I have stayed over here several nights/days in recent weeks. Each lady that works the Front Desk has been so nice and helpful. They've been kind & understanding with us. They honor requests for not only the room type needed, but also a particular room weve requested. They've understood the importance & necessity to us of being able to clearly see and easily access our vehicle. Also they've been kind in extending our check out times & then allowing us the time we need to pack our vehicle, never rushing us out of the parking lot.
