Beautiful beach location!!! Very nice hotel, friendly staff . Walkable to shops and restaurants good location. Margaritas and Pina Colada are a little disappointing we were expecting them to be exceptional.

We had an excellent stay here. It was right on the beach, hotel was well maintained and clean. Staff were all cheerful and helpful. Walkable to great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again if back in the area.

The room itself was a suite overlooking the ocean with a balcony. That was excellent. It was clean. It was comfortable. The sink & shower situation killed it. There was no cold water to wash your hands or brush your teeth. In this room the faucets were not easy to turn off and on nor was the hot & cold water in great working order. There was a black funky oil coming from the base of the faucets. The shower had scalding hot to hot water and to try and get colder water? It wasn’t happening. That was the only downside to our stay.

We were forced to switch rooms because a crane truck was working outside our balcony, which was quite inconvenient. After unpacking and returning from dinner, we found that the hot water in the bathroom sink wouldn't turn on, and none of the ice machines on our floor were operational. The following day, I discovered the makeup mirror was broken, I did not bring my own knowing they were provided. Additionally, Jessie the bartender at Landshark was so unfriendly and, he never even offered a menu. This experience is unacceptable given the nearly $300 per night rate.

Surprisingly peaceful (I was fearing a party vibe); instead elegant, well maintained property, excellent staff and the room I chose had amazing ocean view from the comfort of the king bed. Compared to other ocean view rooms in the area, great value for the money. I will be back.
