Beautiful property, but poorly run. I just needed a blanket and had to ask 3 times, an eight story hotel has only about a dozen parking spaces after which you’ll need to use the $27 valet. The ice machines did not work and after paying $24 for a take out coffee & breakfast sandwich the cafe dead not have napkins? Very poorly run!

The room wasn't the room we reserved and paid extra to insure our room. The staff was not the most cooperative and the manager didn't get back with us about our room. Our room smelled like a nursing home and the shower was so small that we couldn't even stand in it without water soaking the floor. They didn't clean our room one day out of four days we stayed.

The front desk was rude. They told me I HAD to valet park when there’s free parking right next to the building. The pool closes at dusk. With it being dark at 6:00pm, when we arrived, my children were not able to utilize the pool. VERY disappointed. We will not be back.

The room was exceptional and the staff very friendly. The mattress was very comfortable and the oceanfront view was perfect. Unortunately a cold front blew in and the whole east coast was abnormally cold so we retreated to the bar. Highly recommend this hotel. You wont be disappointed!
