Great staff and cleanliness. I was concerned about the parking from the reviews I read before arriving. We did not want to use the valet. Upon arriving we found plenty of public parking at the Jax Beach public access lot. It was only half a block away and we enjoyed walking 1st street.

I have to be seen at Mayo Clinic every year and I found that this hotel is perfect. It’s a short drive to Mayo and the hotel is clean, has a large comfortable lounge, restaurant, and a cafe where you can get pizza, sodas etc and misc items. I found that the shower floor to be extremely slippery and worse when the liquid soap coated the basin. The employees from the front desk to housekeeping were very polite and helpful to make your stay relaxing and you have to love the sound of the waves crashing in the distance.

Cold water faucet handle in the bathroom didn’t work so I used the hand shower to brush my teeth, but while washing my face standing outside the shower I fell and hurt my back. It was a soft fall and no major damage. Just want to know what can happen. Would have changed rooms but it was 1am and i was tired.
