We were in town due to a family emergency so it was close to the hospital. The first night i found 2 roaches in the bathroom. There was no deadbolt lock on the door so i moved some furniture infront of the door. The 2nd day we were leaving for the day and i shut the door but forgot my car key. No worries tho because the door didnt even lock at all!!! I went to front desk and the gentleman came to check it. After about 10 minutes, he finally got it to lock. When we returned that night we could not get in, again went to desk and he did something on his computer and the door unlocked. The next morning, same thing, it would not latch and lock. Definitely did not feel safe.

Everything was nice except the check in. To have some guy pop up and take pictures of guests on a screen without their permission is against the law. More to come

The property was clean and quiet. Felt safe as a solo traveler. The check in process was a little strange with one live person there in the lobby who started the process and then being referred to kiosk with a person remotely completing the check in via video chat. And then being referred back to live person. Not bad just a bit odd. Would start there again if in the area.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Had something I’ve never seen before which was a kiosk with a video screen where the guy checked you in on video and it has you sign on the screen then it spits out keys and your receipt from the kiosk. There isn’t any deposit required which is nice. The doors are all open to the outside lots of noise outside but it got quieter as it got later. The rooms are ok. We had two double beds pretty comfy. The shower was ok as they only had body wash and shampoo no conditioner. The drain plug wasn’t in it and just was sitting out and not functioning same with the bathroom sink. Th remote didn’t really work the button on the remote were broken. But they have Netflix you just can’t click to open it since the button didn’t work to select ok for anything so you can only click up and down for channels.for the price it’s just fine.

Nice quiet hotel

Just a place to sleep for a trip the next day. Hotel was a nice clean quiet place. Room was big and bathroom was updated and modern.
