There were cockroaches and the sheets were dirty. There was a man outside in the parking lot smoking from a crack pipe. I went to the desk about the roaches and the man came with a spray bottle of bug spray. Disgusting! The toilet was loose and leaking and around the base there was pee buildup. The chain lock on the door was broken and bent and the peephole was gone and filled in with what looked like playdough

The room was infested with bed bugs all over the walls and the bed also spider webs and spiders and cockroaches. We could not stay in the room and I am requesting my money back as we acquirred a different hotel at a much more of an expense for last minutes
