Great for the value

This was a great place for the value. My bed was firm. Nothing fancy, just a room and a bathroom. The fridge and microwave worked well. Lots of pillows. I plan to be back as I have to travel Jacksonville regularly.

Excellent excellent front desk staff.

This was a very last minute booking I actually had a night booked at the Scottish Inn just down the road from this location. A mess up on someone’s part or a computer glitch of something for me to make a booking at this particular hotel, and now I’m it did. The gentleman that checked me in was more than helpful. He took me over and showed me my room before return back to his post at the front desk to help another customer who had come in while he was showing me my room. This clerk in just a few minutes made up for all the shenanigans of the night. I definitely will be returning. The outside is all nice. It’s a courtyard. Looks like that you did the whole thing here recently the rooms are very neat and clean. Well furnished nice bathroom nice water, pressure lighted vanity sink a nice stay overall, but the best thing about it was the guy at the front desk that checked in he deserves a raise

I had a terrible experience first when I checked then he had to walk me to my room. Then when I finally got in the room, everything was pretty decent when I woke up that morning when I rebooked he told me I had to check out at 11 then come back and check back in at 3 PM. Also, I told him I wanted no service with the housekeeper Because I only been there a couple of hours. He made me get housekeeping service. They came in the room when I was half naked and kept knocking on the door. They also did a terrible job of housekeeping. They cleaned the bath, but did not clean the tub or sweep and mop. They did a horrible job in the room. They did not clean well at all. Terrible terrible stay. I do not require anyone to stay there.

Filthy rooms

We stayed with the family for one night. The motel looked good from the outside but the room was terrible. It was so filthy! Dirty walls all over the place rusty and moldy bathroom, cockroaches in the bathroom. Also, make sure you check that the room is non smoking when you book as we ended up with one smoking room accidentally and the smell was insane.

Just an overnight stay while in town, I can tell they are doing renovations and trying to make it better. The check in process was a bit different as you had to use a kiosk with a live person on the computer which took a bit longer. The language barrier made it hard too but not bad for price and just staying one night.

I really like staying here the guys that you check in with are super nice. The rooms are super clean. The parking lot and sidewalks has a great curb appeal very clean overall it was a great stay. This makes my third time stay in there and the next time I go back to Florida, I will stay again And the hotel prices are very good compared to some of the others.
