While the staff at this hotel was exceptionally friendly and engaging, the property itself is long overdue for renovation. The lobby creates a nice first impression, but this quickly fades upon entering the dated rooms.
Our 10th floor room suffered from constant noise issues - both from the nearby bridge and mysterious clanking sounds inside the walls. The bathroom was particularly problematic with a chipped bathtub and an excessively loud exhaust fan.
The exterior of the building appears neglected, with visible dirt and grime that could easily be addressed with pressure washing. Basic amenities were lacking as well - no refrigerators in rooms and outdated TVs without smart capabilities or even a decent channel selection.
To add insult to injury, we were charged $22 for self-parking, yet we noticed the parking gates were left wide open throughout our stay, essentially allowing anyone to park for free. This inconsistent policy meant we paid for a service that others received at no cost.
Though the wonderful staff does their best, they can't compensate for the significant infrastructure issues throughout this property.
