I was highly disappointed with the check in process. When I booked my room, I booked and paid for a king size bed with a river view. Because the resort was packed, they put me I a room with a double bed and the parking lot for my view. $400 for a room that I didn’t want. I was very disappointed in how the staff handled the situation.

Zero security. Access to pool area from public riverwalk is open to anyone who tries the gate. Access to hotel from underground parking lot is also open to everyone. There are security measures on these doors, but they are inoperative.

Location, restaurants, service, and lobby were great. The room was terrible. Everything was old and many things were not functional. Shower leaked a puddle into the floor of bathroom and had no hot water. Sink wouldn't drain. carpet was stained and patchy around edges. Walls had several smudges. Bed was like a hammock on one side and lumpy and hard on the other. USB charging station was not functional. They wouldn't let me change rooms. i checked out a day early.

Great location. Upon arriving we had a light bulb burnt out. They came right away and replaced it. Unfortunately the guy dropped the old bulb. He tried to clean it up but there was still glass in the cracks of the flooring so we had to call again for someone to clean it up better so we didn’t chance getting glass in our feet. Otherwise, nice location and I’d stay again.

Pleasant stay but Much of the furniture and appliances was out dated. I frequently stay at Hiltons and this was very surprising. The lobby was remodeled and very nice but rooms and air conditioning can be updated for the prices. We booked for a King bed with city view and got double beds. Room was smaller than anticipated as well.
