The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The hotel room was poorly maintained and clearly neglected. Cleanliness and upkeep were not up to an acceptable standard. The breakfast experience was also very disappointing. The quality of the food was below expectations, and if guests arrived even slightly late, most of the items were already finished with no proper refilling. This is not the standard one would expect from a hotel claiming to provide quality service. Additionally, the hotel arranged a taxi for our airport transfer, but the driver overcharged us and refused to provide a receipt. This situation reflects very poorly on the hotel, as the transportation was organized through them. Proper verification and accountability should have been ensured. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory and far below reasonable expectations.

Beautiful view as expected. Nice decor. Room specified separate workspace, welcome drink but these were not available. Good breakfast and variety but we were told we could have a box prepared before the airport. When we asked for this, we were told this was not possible even though we asked 2 days out. Sauna and hot tub were the main reason I booked, but we're only available during 11-8 hours, so we missed it both days. Spa treatments are half the price at Hamas in town. Overall, despite a deep discount, we didn't really use most of the facilities. In addition, shuttle is 20% off but still more than a private cab. Very nice staff. Beautiful grounds. With better hours, access, would be great. One last note. Take a cab. No metro, or tram nearby. Long walk with luggage and once you get to a metro stop, cabs won't accept such a small fare so you will walk. Hotel can't help.

The housekeeping service at this hotel is absolutely exceptional. She truly goes far and beyond to keep the room perfectly organized, fresh, and spotless. I have honestly never experienced such a wonderful housekeeping service anywhere else. The entire staff is very, very, very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. During my stay, it was my birthday, and they went out of their way to help my mom buy a cake for me along with fresh fruits, which meant so much to us. My family and I had a wonderful, wonderful time at this hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place 100% and would absolutely stay here again.
