My previous stay at the hotel was excellent so I decided to book a one night stay in Istanbul.Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I could not check in. I made a courtesy call to inform of my change in plans. In a generous gesture the hotel offered me a complimentary stay either next day or any day within next two months. The level of hospitality was truly remarkable. Two thumbs up for their outstanding service!

Really enjoyed our stay here -pleasant hotel -breakfast reasonable -nice pool albeit smallish but good to have in a city hotel -did a few hours sunbathing one afternoon -really good position for sights -Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia/Topkapi Palace -short walk to quayside & a trip on the Bosphorus-would definitely recommend. Rooms pleasant -decor ornate -one issue they tell you that they have all the channels but you can’t get them (English)

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like home. The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly comfortable. Breakfast each morning was simple but delicious-clearly made with care-and the hosts were always happy to offer tips for local spots and things to do. It's clear that the owners take pride in their place and genuinely care about their guests.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located near the Hagia Sophia and other sites. The hotel is at the base of a hill and I would not recommend it for those with mobility issues but we did not have those. The staff are excellent, very friendly and wanting to help. The cleaning staff are great, we would come back from breakfast and the room was clean already! We weren't able to use the pool as they hadn't filled it when we were staying, which was disappointing. This was due to water shortages and it was filled by the time we left after one week. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool so them continuing to advertise the (closed) pool was deceptive but not a huge issue.
