Location Fantastic you can walk around to all attractions everything is near by.The Staff excellent. Our first time in Istanbul was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Batu in customer service. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and at home. Batu took the time to explain how to get around the city and helped us discover the main places to visit with kindness and patience. Staff were wonderful and always helpful

Old building with old decor. The lobby is dark. Shower has poured drainage. They were doing construction during the day in room next door. Poor and nonfunctioning lighting in room. The bedsheets had stains on them. The only good thing is it’s location in the middle of the tourist area. We wouldn’t go back. Breakfast was decent.

Excellent for families and enjoying

We had an excellent experience at the Port Bosphorus Hotel. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options and a great start to the day. The location could not be better—directly across from the port and within easy walking distance to shopping, delicious restaurants, and many attractions. It made exploring Istanbul incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!
