Service was amazing even though hotel was pretty booked up. Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything. Best service I’ve received thus far in a beautifully put hotel with an excellent location and spa!!

First the mattress was bad, too soft, and my partner has a bad back. It took all day and numerous people to get a different one and in all honesty - only when we threatened to leave the property did people move. Secondly there was a massive party on the rooftop with over the top music from midday to midnight. No warning or memo - just noise and completely ruining the atmosphere and not letting us rest!

My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the hotel, and all had a wonderful experience. The staff are exceptional. From the bellmen to the concierge and restaurant staff, they all went above and beyond. We especially enjoyed our time in the restaurant and lounge where my daughter and I played the piano while having nice conversations. The restaurant staff were also especially good with our daughter.
