Overall the experience was good. However the room was very small. There was not enough room to have two large suitcases in the space. Its very close to galataport which has a lot of restaurants and shopping which is nice. Its also very close to the tram to go over to Sultanahmet for sites like the blue mosque.

Room was spacious, very clean and once adjusted to the tram sounds was good. Bed was very hard, shower ran hot and cold and was not consistent. Overall a lovely place, staff were outstanding!

We were very lucky to book the corner suite with a huge L shaped balcony with views of Bosphorus, Galata tower and bridges connecting Asia side to Europe side of Istanbul. Amazing panoramic views . Also the staff were very kind and helpful, specially İlker at the reception he even gave his own metro, bus card for us to travel. That was a great gesture .
