The room was dirty there was mold in the bathroom and dead bugs all in the window the couch had stains on it it was a nightmare the room smelled like it had not been cleaned or the mold was taking over this will be my first and last time staying here told the front desk person and all she could tell me was that she will talk to the housekeeper about it but what are you going to do for me as a customer.

5 night stay while visiting family in different parts of state. Good location, great breakfast, clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Definitely stay again. Pool looked good, not able to work it in to our schedule. Helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Very close to airport and shuttle available.

Clean, great value, no shower!

This was very clean and comfortable and was great for a very short 10 hour stay. My only complaint was the showerhead did not work. It was completely clogged from hard water. I bathed instead, but when I left at 8 AM, there was literally no one working in either the breakfast area or the front desk or the office behind the front desk in order to tell them.

Not enough parking at all. No way to turn on vent fan in the bathroom so anytime we showered the whole room would be so steamy and stuffy. Daughter thought she saw mold spots on bathroom ceiling. Felt like I was coming down with something by the time we left. Also the cleaner they use it so strong and not a pleasant smell.

We didn’t receive our request to the property. The people above our room was very noisy and stomping through their room. The breakfast attendant was not keeping food out at 7am went to get breakfast and most of it was gone. They don’t offer milk cartons for breakfast. Only saw 1 person work the desk and that was at check in. There was no one to be found to ask questions or check out. This was our wedding night and it just wasn’t what we hoped for.
