I should have known what to expect when we pulled up to four cop cars sitting outside the front door and a front lobby that reeked of bleech. Checked into our room which was sprayed down with an over bearing perfume scented room spray and was absolutely filthy. We didn't even shower before we left because the tub was so dirty. When I turned on the water to the tub, the water from the faucet turned brown as it hit the tub. In addiction to the room being dirty, paint was peeling off the walls and the ceiling, and the ventilation fan in the bathroom didn't work. The towel hook on the back of the door was literally hanging on for dear life. When I made a comment to the front desk clerk in the morning as we were checking out, she couldn't even make eye contact with me. Given the state of the room, we passed on the Continental breakfast. If we hadn't paid for the room when we made our reservation, we would have just left and went to one of the hotels across the way. My recommendation is to stay in an Indianapolis hotel near the airport or stay on the west side of the city. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again. I took plenty of pictures of the condition of the room before we left. If anybody is interested in seeing them please contact me.

The room is NOT clean. Stickers and toys all over the floor in plain sight. Hair all over the bathroom and tub drain clogged. Smell of cinnamon ??airfreshner? was nauseating! Asked to move rooms and the second room was similar but at least cinnamon smell was better! Pool was open but had a a hose in it and it was ICE cold. Very disappointing! I would give 0 stars if option.

Terrible check in. They had no idea what rooms were clean. After waiting we finally got key to room to find it was still dirty. Pool was ice cold. Staff was busy socializing instead of helping us with check out. They required $100 deposit with card that was to be returned at check out. Found days later they did not return the hold. attempted to call to get my money back and no one will answer phone! DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!!

We stayed for 2 nights and they were not what I would call good. Took 20 mins to get checked in. Got to our room and the carpet was dirty with holes in it. You could not take a bath as there was not stopper. The water took 10-15 to get warm to take a shower. Our room had an odor as did the hall way. Some one near by was smoking weed and was easily smelled. They offer breakfast which was your normal and was not horrible. They did not keep it well stocked though, so if you want the options go early. Staff was friendly but was had to understand at times.

Issue with check in at the hotel. They did not have record of our reservation through Expedia which caused a delay and frustration for what has always been easy with other hotels booked through Expedia. Another family trying to check in also had an issue using another company. Hair dryer was broken and looked like it had over heated to point of melting side of it. Pillows were not normal size pillows. They looked like throw size pillows for a couch or decoration. Bed was comfortable otherwise. Shower curtain not large enough to stay shut to keep warmth and water in. Front desk guy was kind and he was only plus about our stay here.

It took forever to get checked in n i had already paid...the girl acted like she didnt know what she was doing n i stood for over 30 mins wsiting n it was after midnight n i was very tired...the room stunk of incense n was extremely hot...the mattress didnt have a cover on it n was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable...i wasnt able to get much sleep at all...when i checked out..i wasnt asked how my stay was or anything

Hotel was run down. The entire hotel smelled strong of weed. Staff was unfriendly and tried to charge me when I paid ahead. Hotel room was filthy. We checked out after 1 hour.
