Great breakfast and comfortable beds.

What looked like a great start because we were allowed an early check in, turned upside down when the room assigned had out of order air condition and fridge. Instead of being transfered to another room, a technician was sent to reset both equipments but after one hour they were still not working. We called several times without nobody picking up at front desk. We came down to be assigned a new room but front desk didn't offered any concerned apology or compensation, must likely the lady looked bothered. In the morning breakfast was another disaster: all the the trays for fruits, eggs and bacon were empty and remained empty during a long wait so we decided to leave on empty stomach. When I mentioned it at check out the answer was: "we had too many guests". Staff didn't show any respect for customer, we felt misstreated and disaponted at a brand that we expected to stand by its reputation.

I booked and paid for a king room but they gave me a double queen room. Said the hotel changed it and there was nothing I could do about it.

The staffs are nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. The shower assembly in our both rooms were a bit broken. Overall we are happy with the hotel.

The breakfast was ery good. BW provided a good selection of breakfast foods and fruits. An added bonus was home baked cinnamon rolls, cookies at the front desk and other such treats. Understaffing did not allow for full service in guest rooms. We stayed 3 nights and had trash emptied in one occasion. Fresh towels were provided. All personnel were professional and pleasant ...always willing to be of service.
