The view is incredible for sunrises. Super peaceful and perfect for our family. We loved staying by the marina and booked a private boat tour.

The property was fantastic. It had everything we could have wanted. It was very roomy for our family and the location couldn't be any better. Having 2 golf carts was a plus for our family also.. I take my family on a trip every year and I think this was our favorite place so far. We will for sure be back again!

Perfect long weekend stay for my daughter’s sweet 16! It was a complete washout of a rainy weekend, so there was a lot of time spent in the house, but it was the perfect house for lounging. The best part was the “fun room”which had enough sleeping for the 8 girls. The dining table was huge and they spent a lot of time there just hanging out. The campfire set up was outstanding and so beautiful with all the flowers and trees and deer. Ping pong was a huge hit, and having the golf cart and bikes was tremendous. Another amazing perk was allThe towels, which was one of my worries. Just as all the other reviews kinda scared me with this, yes the kitchen was very small, but it was well equipped and the table was nearby to help with meal prep, so don’t let that bother you. The host manager was reachable on a Sunday morning, and helped us out with a personal issue, which was 100% the icing on the cake so my daughter was able to have her sweet 16 beach catered picnic. This is my 3rd stay on Fripp, and this was my favorite house, and we will return to this exact spot. The rockers on the front porch were used nonstop, and the girls loved having their own balcony. Decor was adorable. Only regret was purchasing 10 amenity cards because we didn’t use them once because of the rain. That hurt, but I’ll take it considering my daughter had the best weekend ever, and my husband and I were able to enjoy while supervising. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Space for a large group of people, mix of adults and children. Easy access to the beach.

Excellent location. Comfortable and clean. A good value. I hope to return.
