The mattress already had brown stains on it. The mattress was super uncomfortable and all the walls had some dirt on it and just a very unclean experience. Left a day early because my experience was so bad and then they charged me an extra 40 dollars for WiFi and dining which I didn’t need and thought I already paid for everything when booking through Expedia. This place just wants to make money and the experience is very cheap and the blanket feels rough and uncomfortable and unclean. There’s a nice view but they doesn’t do any good when the experience is met with an unfriendly welcome and a dirty place, never going back after trying to leave early they couldn’t do refund after complaining about.

Very fine establishment. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, I can not sing their praises enough. The room was OK, definitely a little dated. However, if you are the type of person to plan on being out all day and just come back to shower and sleep, it is great! About a mile walk to the main Waikiki beach, so be prepares to walk, but the businesses that are based at the hotel are extremely convenient, especially the jeep rental and restaurants. I would indeed book again!

Clean room. Excellent reception staff provided an early check-in room. Conveniently located to beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel room was clean but tired and in need of some refreshing. Curtains didn’t fully cover the windows and aircon was loud. Sufficient for short stay or layover.

The rumors in good condition nothing's insane about the inside of the room. It smells really good there's no odors but the staff seem kind of weird and maybe crazy or insane. You have to pay $50 a day for parking.

The staff was great and the location was nice. The beds were substandard in all ways, the linens were as cheap as they could possibly be (think ancient army blanket). The overused mattress was covered in plastic to prevent bed bugs so it was as if I was sleeping on trash bags guaranteeing the sleeper to be sweaty all night.

Vanessa at the front desk was awesome. Security was not so friendly and tried to charge $100 for not showing room card. After reviewing video they said it was a warning and wouldn’t charge us because my husband did show the card. Poor aloha. But Vanessa made up for it!

The staff were exceptional, especially the individual who checked us in early. The room though was very disappointing. The room smelt strongly of piss well the floor was sticky and dirty like it was not cleaned. I had forgotten my hair product and was also disappointed that well they offer body soap and shampoo there was no conditioner or additional soap to wash your hands. Not a big deal breaker as we just used the bar soap to wash our hands as well. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times as it’s typically nice for the price you pay, conveniently located in Waikiki away from the Main Street but within walking distance from a lot of good restaurants.
