The hotel is a hidden gem! Reasonable prices with a pool area, guest laundry, open and airy lobby, nicely appointed rooms *with a balcony and chair!* and a desk, bed, lounge chair, sizeable closet and a dresser. Extra perk - water station in the lobby so you don't have to buy bottles! Vince and John were both super helpful while I was there and could not have been more pleasant. All around friendly and welcoming place to be.

If you want to experience authentic Aloha this is the hotel! Every person on staff was so kind and accommodating. The menu for bar and room service was every day prices and delicious. Room rates were great, laundry facility on site, all cars are valet parked for you. There is a valet fee, but all hotels have parking fees in Hawaii. Pool has a beautiful views of Waikiki and fireworks every friday night. We will be back to Hotel La Croix often.

The first room had trash left from previous guests, had a moldy/foul smell, and the floors were sticky. We had to be moved, the second room was extremely small and the floors, again, were sticky. The door was broken and wouldn’t stay closed. We had to be moved again. This shouldn’t be considered a resort, and we likely wont return.
