Guest access
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM. During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire unit, allowing you to unwind and enjoy a truly private experience with no shared accommodations.
One Free Unassigned Parking stall (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft) is included inside the building’s parking garage, located on the 2nd to 5th floors. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis within the designated unassigned parking areas. The garage entrance has a posted maximum height clearance of 6 feet, so please note that oversized vehicles or vehicles exceeding this height are not permitted to park. Please also ensure that you park only within marked parking boundaries and follow all posted garage rules and signage.

Complimentary starter amenities are provided to get you settled, and additional supplies or refills will be up to guests. For health and safety reasons, the room excludes perishables.
From 4/7/25 to 6/30/26, the entire 6th floor recreation deck, including the pool, hot tubs, playground, and BBQ grills, will not be available due to renovation. We`ve already reduced the price to accommodate these changes. Update as of 3/28/25
Other things to note
Please be aware that you are staying in a highly humid climate. Ants, geckos, termites, cockroaches and other insects live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We deal with pests professionally and will always provide you with a well-kept home, but please note that these types of visitors are not uncommon to encounter.

NOTICE:
The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.
Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
- Check-in at 3:00 pm, Check-out at 10:00 am
- Signed Guest Registration is mandatory in the building. Only registered guests may stay. All Guests must be reflected on the number of guests, regardless of the length of stay.
- Please remove shoes when inside the unit to keep the sand and dirt away.
- Take out trash daily because it attracts insects.
- Please turn off AC and lights when you leave the unit.
- Keep noise level to minimum especially on Quiet Hours (10pm-8am) or we will get house rule violation ranging $50-450 penalty from AOAO.
- Guests cannot use our address to receive mail/packages, establish residency, claim unemployment benefits, credit card applications, identification or any other purpose. Please choose pick-up at the local post office. No Exceptions.
- No smoking/Vape/E-Cig/Medical Marijuana in the whole building, in the unit or balcony/lanai. Do not cover or tamper the smoke detector. Violation of the No-Smoking Policy: $500 plus actual costs if anything needs to be replaced due to tar, ashes or burns.
- Luggage storage service is not provided before check-in or check-out. Please use suggested luggage storage service instead
- No illegal activities. Please do not use the TV for Pay Per View services/Video on Demand. Do not use the internet for illegal uploading, illegal downloading or other unlawful acts. Guests are liable and responsible for their own conduct.
- We will charge extra fees for: Lost/Late return of Parking Pass and Security Key; If the unit was left excessively trashed/dirtied and damaged; Stains/Damages on the Towels, Linens and Bedding
- If you send a booking request, that means you already acknowledge, agree and understand all listing information and all house rules.
- Please, treat my home as if it were your own.
