Serviced apartments in Hollywood Hills

I enjoyed my stay! Each and every staff member I came in contact with was professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The shuttle drivers, front desk agents (all of them) including the young lady that held my belongings at the front desk, the staff during check in and check out, the staff at the bar, management in the hallway, all the way down to the housekeeper that was on my floor that greeted me with a smile on my arrival 3/14 3:30-4pm. Great staff and management! Property is 10 minutes from the airport, walking distances from the local shopping mall and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and you can hear everything. Also, the rooms can use a little up to date glam. I didn’t order room service so unfortunately I can’t give my opinion on the food.

My restroom had a water leak, smelled like cigarette.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. In the morning, my breakfast, at the restaurant, arrived quickly and was delicious. The shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient with the driver assisting me with my bag. Many thanks to all for an enjoyable experience!
