The room wasn’t very clean. There were black lints on the bed sheets and black streaks on towels. Our family with kids were also put next to a room of loud partiers. We were so tired and didn’t check in til after 10pm on a one night stay. I don’t understand why they would put us next to two large groups of people. It wasn’t a good night.

I cannot say enough. I stayed three nights. The surrounding are is wonderful and walkable. Room was basic but clean. Good price for the location. I utilized the airport shuttle service. I realized I had left my very expensive coat in the room as arrived at the airport. The shuttle driver assisted me to call the hotel and he brought it right back to me. That is a level of customer service rarely seen today. Thank you.

Wallpaper was peeling off wall. Room very out dated and furniture worn. On the 15th floor facing freeway; freeway noise all night with the bonus of a train whistle at midnight. Bathroom combined light and exhaust fan squeaked when on. Sheets and towels clean and great location for walking the downtown area. Air conditioning was great.

Great location and very convenient amenities. The cafe and spaces downstairs are spacious and great for a quick breakfast or working. Maintenance staff went above and beyond to locate my son's water bottle.
