We have great pleasure in offering our beautiful 1930s designed home to you. Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens. We are proud to make this home available to you and are sure you will enjoy it - as our previous guests have. Join us on your Tassie adventure.



Park on Park  has all modern comforts - including the ever important Nespresso coffee! Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and separate dining/lounge-room await you - together with a wonderful enclosed rear garden, complete with cubby house. Further information on the amenities is listed below.



The house is available in its entirety with door code access meaning that you never have to worry about losing the key!

In close proximity to... everything! It is minutes from the CBD (2.7km/1.7m to the Elizabeth Street Mall). There is a bus stop 10 metres away and it takes about four minutes to drive to the city proper.



A great place to base yourself for exploring the wonders of Tasmania - Port Arthur, Bruny Island, Lake Pedder, Russell Falls, Mount Wellington, the Huon Valley, the Derwent Valley.
