Ac was annoying, blasting on to freezing and then hot and repeat. Good to open door to the outside.

We stayed for a week and had a great overall experience. Breakfast was excellent—definitely worth going earlier, as it gets very crowded between 9–10 a.m. The rooms were modern and clean, and the European-style showers (open with a glass panel) looked sleek, though they can leave the bathroom floor wet—especially with kids. The pools were fantastic and never felt overcrowded. There’s no microwave in the rooms, and housekeeping only comes every three days, so you’ll need to request daily coffee refills and fresh towels if needed. One downside is that the walls aren’t very well insulated, so you can hear street noise and hallway activity. Also, the smoke detector is positioned near the bed, and the blinking light can be a bit distracting at night. Front desk staff was very friendly, Alejandro was very welcoming and provided great check in experience.

Unclear what to do with dirty dishes when there is no dishwasher. So I washed them. They sat after 2 days as I was expecting room service.
