Our friend was physically assaulted by other possible guests. There were no safety measures in place, anyone could walk in to any building. Most hotels have restricted access and you got to use your room card to access the building, although this one had boxes to tap in, these were not working or were required to get in. I feel like if this had been working, this incident would not have occurred and the Police would have been able to identify the offenders. Also some staff members failed to provide assistance during this incident.

Loved the room but was upset that they forgot to give me back my holding charge of $150. I called and was told it was a system error. If I didn’t call I wouldn’t have had my hold returned to me. Wasn’t offer anything for the 2 week mistake so makes it feel kinda scammy.

My room was spotless and comfortable. I only stayed about ten hours so unfortunately I didn't get to use any of the resort amenities. Although I checked in online it still took over 20 minutes on property to get my key (this is actual time with a representative, not a line). I think I would stay here again if the opportunity was to present itself.
