Everything about our stay was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The place was super clean and meticulously maintained. The only thing to mention is if you get a room with a sofa bed and plan to use it don’t be surprised that it is not comfortable at all even for kids.

Wow, loved this place. Very easy to get to, close to the parks and the room was top notch. It is part of a timeshare and the room is split into two that can join into one. My side had a full kitchen, washer and dryer and king bed. The balcony was great although didnt really look out into anythihng. The staff there were great and have this bookmarked

This is our second visit to this property and we'll be back again! I have absolutely no complaints. Our second stay was during the summer and this area is generally crammed with tourists. Our resort remained a place of refuge for our family after our busy days.

We loved staying here, My only things was the bed in the 1 bedroom queen sweet was really firm. I prefer medium to soft. Overall a nice place to stay and would definitely stay again.

The property is nice but I didn't realize it was a time share. I'm checking in with my kids and was loudly asked if I was married, who I was traveling with, where I was from, where I was traveling from and with, I was shocked. My room number was announced out loud, check in counter was chaotic. I will say I'm glad Samantha accommodated my room request and the pool was heated and the hot tub was nice but there is no breakfast on site - unless you attend the time share presentation. More than likely we won't be back.

I loved the apartment feel and having my own space. The balcony is a cool spot to hang out and watch everything going on down below. This place was amazing we will definitely be staying again!

Everything on the property was actually extremely nice extremely surprised at how nice comfortable quality of condition and everything. If I have to complain about one thing or mention one thing better yet the one main issue that I had problems with and so did my family that we’re staying with me in different rooms was the key cards and the locks. They have a tendency of racing so they don’t work. At one point, my cousin Had the key not work and his five year-old was left alone inside the building when the door closed behind the mother by accident. We tried to use the keys. They did not work. We called security. We called the operator numerous times about 20 minutes later when they finally showed up when this was an emergency because you had a five year-old locked up inside the room alone and crying. The next day, my niece in another room was going to her room to change so we can go out to dinner. She got locked out of her room because both car keys did not work. They ended up waiting almost an hour for security to finally come to let them in the room. According to the security guard, they had her do three other things before she can unlock the door. That’s unsatisfactory. But that’s the only negative thing I’ll ever say about this property as it is extremely well maintained quality of the rooms or fantastic.
