Employees were nice. They worked hard to keep the facilities looking nice. There were very long lines to check in even after I made my reservation and paid on line. I received an email saying that there would be additional fees from the hotel. When I got there they said the fees in the email were incorrect and they would be even more.

Unbelievable experience. Late at night, the front desk gave us a room key to a room that was already occupied. When I opened the door, there were people inside ! we were all scared. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, especially since we were traveling with small children. We had to go back and forth to the front desk and it took almost 2 hours to finally get another room. After a long day, this was the last thing a family with kids should go through. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
