I really think you need to work on the air port shuttle . I call 5 times for a pick up and stood in the cold freezing waiting for a ride . As the info was never sent to the driver . Was told he picked up other customers. But when we finally got him to pick us up he had not been informed we were there . It took over 2 hrs. I was not a happy customer.

there were two problems with our room, 1) the toilet fluish valve was broken and ran until i fixed it temporarily. I fixed it again but informed the desk the next afternoon and it was fixed when we returned that evening. 2) the heated made some loud clicking andf buzzing noises later in the veb]=neing of the first night. We tolld the desk of the issue in the morning. Later the second evening it sounded like a very loud buzzing cellphone was suck inside the heater..

This property is old run down not clean there is no service the room is overpriced no ability to stream tv. Looks nothing like the pictures. When asked for help they told us maintenance would be up and no one ever came.
