Parking was limited. The property seemed nice and smelled clean, however we did find two silverfish bugs in the room. The staff was friendly, however it bothered me, as a paying customer, that a man came in the next morning and asked the front desk clerk if he and his family could eat breakfast there for free. They were told yes and suddenly were in line and taking up table space that was already limited along with all those that had paid for those services.

I am a frequent traveler, with Hyatt properties being a frequent choice. I booked this property for an overnight stay while in transit. As advertised, I expected a convenient airport shuttle and onsite restaurant. After calling about the long shuttle wait, the hotel staff said the driver was on the way. I waited for the shuttle for 40 minutes and watched it drive by. I called again and was told I was at the wrong pickup area and that "our policies clearly say to be at 2B, not 2D." I read my reservation details and there is nothing in this packet. I rented a car as it was already late. Dinner: another joke on me. Nothing in the promos about the restaurant being closed Wednesday & one other day (my stay was Wednesday). I walked to the adjacent hotel and the food choices were limited as I have a food allergy. Finally, the smoke alarm went off in a room down the hall because the guest was showering (I learned in the morning). All this said, I am grateful that once I laid in a comfortable bed and had a lovely morning shower. This was the most disappointing

They over booked the two queen bed rooms. I’m traveling with 3 kids. We were offered a king with a pull out bed and the pull out bed is the WORST bed I’ve laid in. It’s fine for a night but at other hotels the pull out beds were more than just a lumpy spring mattress.
