From there, you'll be situated 12 kilometres from the city centre.

With a good number of the city's attractions nearby, Heidelberg is heaven for sightseers. From Doncaster Shopping Centre to the La Trobe University, there's lots to keep visitors like yourself amused. You should also make sure to visit the Swinburne University of Technology and Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre. While you're here, think about exploring some other neighbourhoods to experience more of what Melbourne has to offer. Rosanna and Bulleen are some great areas that are close by.

No getaway to Melbourne would be complete without calling into the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex. As far as amazing attractions go, it's up there with the best. It's just 1 kilometre from the centre of town.
