Lovely hotel great location friendly staff only real complaint would be the bed it was very tiered mattress was like a marshmallow no support whatsoever initially comfortable but woke several times in discomfort Room was very hot although there was a desk fan provided

Arrived at 2pm snd room was ready staff polite abc helpful

Good location. Nice and clean. Pleasant and helpful staff although Receptionist was unclear whether Kent was in England (Lol). Directions to the hotel car park rather than the Conference Centre is not clear.

Taylor and Gerry helped us to surprise our daughter and future son in law after their engagement, even though the system was down thru got us entry to the rooms so our plan didn’t fail. They went above and beyond to help us.

Lovely hotel, great food and very attentive staff.

An elegant Victorian property, slightly tired, but in my opinion that added to the ambience. Excellent value
