All of the staff, but Charlotte especially, were super friendly! We felt so welcomed - every time we arrived to a group of happy faces, a warm welcome and a chat about our day. It felt really special and I’ve never experienced this great service in any hotel before! Everything else was perfect from the room, cleanliness, food, laundry, housekeeping. I can’t fault a single thing, I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Hanoi.

We had a lovely stay at the Champton. Millie and Charlotte were very friendly and helpful as were all of the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of foods. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at the Champton Hanoi Hotel. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Erin, who was always smiling and went out of her way to make sure guests felt welcome. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight – delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Although there was some noise on from the 10th floor due to some construction in the dining area above our room, it didnt matter so much as it was during the day. The pool is a bit small and only two chairs next to the pool. The Sky Bar was bit of a let down, we only seen it open once in the 10 nights of our stay. but there are so many drinking places within a few minutes walk so wasnt a problem. The Hotel is on a busy main road but there was no noise from it in the room. The location was excellent all major tourist attractions are only a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and always had a smile. When were next in Hanoi i will definatly choose this hotel again

Amazing experience staying at the Champton, checked in early, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect for my needs, services offered are 2nd to none. Roof top pool, sky bar, room service and gym/spa on premises. My 2night stay was over all too quickly, but i will be returning in 4 days for another 4 nights here.

The staff are so friendly, helpful and speak very good English. Breakfast is impressive and healthy! Walking distance to major attractions and with amazing restaurants nearby. The only issue is my phone kept disconnecting from hotel wifi. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
