Location - fantastic ! Right in the middle of the old quarter, and it's so easy to walk to the different tourist places. Around it, we can also easily find great food around, no matter we returned left or right from the hotel. Henry was the first person we really talk to upon arrival. He is the most welcoming, cheerful , wonderful person and made our stay amazing (Else also). He gave us many recommendations for Hanoi, all of which were perfect. Thank you again. If I stay again, I will find him without a doubt

The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter and is beautifully maintained. The staff are accommodating and helpful at all times. Being mainly in English speaker the staff understood everything and helped out in so many ways. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and nothing was hard work. I heard that the hot stone massage here is famous, so I tried and it was really nice because it was massaged with warm stones. I felt truly relaxed. I can't recommend this place enough and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hanoian Central Hotel again when I return to Hanoi

Brilliant hotel and had a fantastic time. Made Hanoi even more fun to know that had somewhere in the center that was an oasis of calm to retreat back too. Room are clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread of good and they make it a point to change the spread on daily basic. All the staff member would great you and help with your request throughout your trip to make sure everything is alright. In my case, Qun Anh (Elsa) helped us with my stay, and I saw her each morning at breakfast, she gave me a gift when I was leaving for the airport. Keep up the good work! We will stay at this hotel for future trips to Hanoi

I absolutely loved staying here, even though it was so short! I was greeted with such a warm welcome at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa, by the most friendly and helpful staff. The location is really good. Beer street, Hoan Kiem Lake and Train Street are all close to this hotel, making a great place for tourists to stay. The room is very clean and has everything you need. A special shout out to Qun Anh, the kindest and most professional hotelier I've ever met. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even gave us amazing recommendations for our travels beyond Hanoi. She told us about a currency exchange office with a great rate and shared a lots of helpful tips about trusted shops in the area. It was really lovely and I was very grateful! I would definitely recommend when in Hanoi

Excellent hotel

This little boutique hotel hotel in Hanoi is absolutely stunning! The entire staff including the bell boys, housekeeping and restaurant staff all get 5 stars! The hotel is so clean, quiet and a place that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Hanoi. As we enjoyed welcome drink and cake at the lobby, the hotel staff Quin Anh briefed us on the location of recommended places of interest and famous local street food with detailed map. She even what'sapp us a list of eating places recommended by hotel chef. She also provided the train schedule knowing that we planned to visit the famous train street. Upon our return from Ha Long Bay cruise, although we were not checking in and was just waiting for out transportation to Sapa, the staff still helped us with our luggage, served drinks, looked out for the arrival of our transport and sent us off warmly. If I came back to Hanoi, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Great way to enjoy the old quarter

Chanced upon this hotel while looking for a 4 star boutique hotel with good reviews. Never expect that the service and facilities would be so good! The hotel itself is pristine with fantastic accommodations and the entire team working there was so nice and helpful. They made the stay that much more incredible. Tu was who we worked with the most and she was wonderful, she gave us recommendations for things to do and eat nearby and they were all phenomenal recommendations. She helped us arrange travel and was always so kind. There's also daily buffet breakfast provided by the hotel, the spread/variety of food is good. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will come back again!

I came to Hanoi for short day trip and this hotel was the perfect choice. It was easy to get around from here, and the hotel helped me arrange an airport pickup which saved me a lot of stress on arrival. The room was exactly what i need, clean, quiet and well equipped. The mattress was firm but comfortable, and the blackout curtains helped me sleep in after long flights. We were especially impressed by the service. Elsa at the front desk was a gem, so warm, cheerful and always ready to help with anything we needed. She greeted us every morning with a big smile and gave us useful tips about where to go and what to eat around the city. For anyone doing a short city break or stopover in Hanoi, this is solid, reliable hotel that makes everything easy

We really enjoyed our stay at hanoian central hotel. The hotel has this lovely local feel while still being very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, thanks in large to Andrew at the reception. He was extremely attentive and kind, helping us book our tour to Ha long Bay and giving us honest advice about what to expect. We especially liked the breakfast setup, small but very fresh, and always with a few warm local dishes to try. One morning we had delicious Vietnamese sticky rice and fresh passion fruit juice. The hotel is also close to all the food hotpots and we found great banh mi, egg coffee and grilled skewers just minutes from the door. It made exploring so easy

We chose this hotel for its location, and it turned out to be one of our favorite places during our Vietnam trip. Everything is within walking distance markets, coffee shops, train street and lots of cultural spots. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The room is bright with plenty of natural light and we even had a small balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Breakfast was generous and fresh, with both Vietnamese and Western options. We particularly enjoyed the beef noodle soup and strong drip coffee. It;s the kind of place that feels thoughtfully managed. Not too big, not too small, just right

I stayed in Hanoi for several nights and loved the minute of it. The hotel is right in the old quarter, making it super convenient to explore the city on foot. The room are spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels, water and coffee provided. I also booked a tour to Nim Bin through the hotel and it was perfectly organized from pick up to drop off, everything went smoothly. The front desk arranged it within a minutes, and I didn't have to worry about anything, At night, the street outside the hotel comes alive with local food stalls. It's such a cook vibe grilled meat, sticky rice, and people gathering. A truly local experience.

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the old quarter, it offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being steps always form the hustle and bustle of Hanoi's charming chaos. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the bathroom functional. I especially loved the breakfast, the menu changed daily and included mix of Vietnamese favorites like pho and international options. Every morning was a treat. What really stood out, though, was the service. Everyone was warm, genuine, and willing to help with everything. Whether it was organizing a tour, giving food recommendations, or just offering a smile after a long day, they made me feel like more than a guest.

Andrew was super helpful during our check in and check out process. He helped with luggage, got us welcome drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us a quick walking route to train street and made excellent dinner suggestions. The hotel's location is ideal quiet at night but close to everything. The room was modern, the AC worked perfectly, and the bed was super soft. We felt so cared for during our stay. Thank you, Hanoian Central Hotel Team!

If you're looking for a hotel with the perfect location in Hanoi,kook no further than Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. Situated in the heart of the old quarter, it it's within walking distance to hoan kiem lake, the night market, local coffees, and historic landmarks. Yet despite the central location, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle. The room was spacious and very clean, with lovely traditional touches modern comforts. We were even surprised with a welcome fruit plate such a sweet gesture! What made our stay even more special was the attentive service. Elsa and Antony were incredibly helpful to show us where to go, where to eat and even the souvenir shop nearby. Having such friendly and knowledgeable staff made all the difference. Thank you Elsa and Antony for your amazing hospitality. We loved every moment of our time here!

One of the highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the food. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing fresh, diverse, and delicious. We especially loved the pho, it was flavorful, authentic, and the perfect way to start the day. The fresh fruit, pastries, and juices were also excellent. Every morning felt like a mini feast. The dinning area was elegant yet cozy, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. In the reception, Antony stood out for his warm personality and outstanding service. He made sure we had everything we needed and always asked if there was anything special we'd like. He even recommend a few great restaurants nearby that we ended up loving. Our stay at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa was everything we hoped for and more, but what truly exceeded our experiences was the spa service. After days of walking through the busy streets of Hanoi, we decided to treat ourselves to a massage and it was easily one of the best spa experiences we've ever had. The massage therapists were professional and high skilled. We tried both hot stone and traditional Thai massages, both were fantastic and helped us unwind completely. It was the perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reset our energy. The attention to detail was amazing, from the hot tea we received afterward to the peaceful music and aromatherapy during the session. We highly recommend booking a treatment if you're staying here, it's not just a spa, it's a full experience. We definitely be coming back!

I booked a Sapa tour through the hotel, and it was the best decision ever! The itinerary was well-organized, with a knowledgeable guide who shared fascinating insights about the local culture. The hotel staff, Andrew made sure everything was arranged perfectly, from transportation to accommodation in Sapa. The trekking experience was unforgettable, with breathtaking views of the rice terraces and friendly interactions with the ethic minority groups. Upon returning to Hanoi, the hotel staff welcomed me back warmly and even offered a free foot massage at their spa. This level of care and attention to detail truly made my trip special. If you're planning a tour to Spa, Ha Long Bay, I highly recommend booking through the hotel!

During my stay, I was amazed by the warm hospitality of the hotel's restaurant staff. Every morning, they greeted me with a big smile. I wasn't expecting such high-quality food at a boutique hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a mix of fresh fruits, pastries, and Vietnamese specialties. I particularly loved the Pho, one of the best I had in Hanoi. The chef also prepared an amazing bun cha, which was packed with flavors. Dinner at the restaurant was equally impressive. I tried their Tay Bac grilled chicken, and it was perfectly cooked. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff incredibly attentive, always ensuring I had everything I needed. Their service made me feel valued and well taken care of. This is a place where you truly feel at home!

If you're looking for a relaxing stay in Hanoi, Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa is the place to be. The hotel itself cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly stood out for me was their spa service. After a long day of sightseeing, I decided to try their befreshing package, and it was beyond amazing. The therapists was professional and paid great attention to detail, making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The herbal oils they used smelled divine and helped me unwind completely. Aside from the spa, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're in need of some relaxation!

The hotel is perfect for Western travelers looking for the western conveniences. Clean, air conditioned rooms with hot water. The continental breakfast was amazing. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage there after you check out to explore the surrounding area. The area is very, very busy. Cars and motorbikes crowd the street as well as motorbikes crowding the sidewalk so you’re required to walk in the street much if the time. There really are no stop signs or traffic light systems and the crosswalks aren’t truly crosswalks. Just be aware and you really need to pay attention. Extremely noisy and the sidewalks streets are slightly dirty. However, I would not let this discourage you because the shops and people are amazing. Wear closed toed shoes and just come prepared for a lot of stimulation.

We had a fantastic stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The spa experience was one of the highlights of our trip, after a busy day of exploring Hanoi, the aroma massage left us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hotel’s restaurant also exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner there, with a mix of local and international dishes. Every meal was cooked to perfection, flavors were vibrant and fresh, and the presentation was impeccable. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and were always happy to offer suggestions from the menu. This hotel offers an unbeatable combination of great food, superb spa treatments, and excellent service. Highly recommend it!

One of the best surprises of our stay at Hanoian central hotel & spa was the complimentary welcome drink, a plate of Vietnamese green bean cakes, sweet ginger and green tea. Staff told me that called ban dau xanh, it was soft, slightly sweet, and absolutely delicious with a cup of hot tea. We loved them so much that we asked the hotel staff where we could buy some to bring home as souvenirs. Not only did they recommend a great local shop, but they even helped us purchase a few boxes. It was such a thoughtful touch! Aside from that, the hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located in the Old Quarter. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it super easy to explore Hanoi’s best attractions. Despite being in a lively area, my room was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. What really made my stay special was the staff. Every morning, they greeted me with a warm smile and asked about my plans for the day. In the evening, I ẹnoy the bar in the hotel’s restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The bartenders were not only friendly but also clearly passionate about their work. They recommended a cocktail that perfectly blended local flavors, and it tasted amazing. Their care and attention to detail made my trip so much better The bellboy was also incredibly helpful. When I arrived, he quickly carried my luggage up to my room with a smile. It’s the little things that make a big difference. I will definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the service here was truly outstanding. One evening, I had an issue with my suitcase, my lock was stuck, and I couldn’t open it. The bellman noticed my struggle and immediately offered to help. Not only did he take my suitcase to a repair shop nearby, but he also waited there until it was fixed and brought it back to my room. I was so touched by his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. The front desk team was also fantastic, helping me find the best places to buy quality silk scarves and Vietnamese coffee as gifts for my family. They even taught me a few Vietnamese phrases to use while shopping. This hotel isn’t just about a comfortable stay, it’s about making sure every guest has the best experience in Hanoi.

Perfect Stay with Great Tour Services !

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Henry helped us book tours to Sapa and Ha Long Bay, and everything was perfectly arranged. The Sapa tour was amazing, with a well planned itinerary and a great local guide. The Ha Long Bay cruise was also top-notch, with stunning views and excellent service. After returning from our tours, we treated ourselves to the hotel’s spa, which was exactly what we needed. The therapists were professional, and the massages were incredibly relaxing. The hotel also offered happy hour deals for both the spa and the restaurant, making it the perfect way to unwind after long days of exploring. A truly hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!
