Very charming! We loved it! We also stayed at a more expensive hotel on the north side of the island and we liked this hotel even better!

Older facility, and that is very evident. But kept up well, best and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would stay there again.

The rooms, pools, and staff were great. I definitely will recommend this resort.

The Sheraton was absolutely perfect! The amenities were fantastic -- the pool the beach front was wonderful. We spent very evenings by the pool, bar, or restaurants. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were very accommodating and strived to make our stay the best it could be. We would recommend to anyone and we do plan to come back!

Everything you need in one place due to it being tucked behind the Coconut Marketplace, where you can shop, eat and buy necessities.

The Hilton Garden Inn Kauai was conveniently located. The property was really well laid out. So close to the beach and swimming. We were able to walk out of our cottage and walk to the beach in five minutes. Very private and quiet. The breakfast wait staff were so friendly. My only issue was that prior to our arrival I emailed if the Hilton gave any concessions for being kama’aina. I didn’t receive a response. A response would have been welcome. Overall, a very nice visit.
