We truly loved our experience at Kauai Palms. We stayed in a cottage which was more than enough for our family. It was clean and quiet. There was a nice market on the street behind us on Saturday, and the staff was so friendly. I will only stay here from now on.

I would definitely stay there again. No frill but clean and safe. The staff were very friendly. Super easy check in and out. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. That was the only con but not a deal breaker.

Appreciates the cottage, its size-for-value, its proximity to coffee, the Night Market, and a church. The outdoor seating area in the fenced patio and in the front picnic area were great quiet areas in which to read, write, and work. The staff was friendly and tranquil.

Motel is very basic but a great value. Room was small but had the necessities. Location to Lihui airport is perfect for late arrivals. Will stay again.

The room was ok but i didn’t expect much for the money. There is no front desk after 8pm so i called them at 7:54pm to give them my credit card. That’s so they could give me the code to the lock box which held my key. They closed early and didn’t answer the phone. I drove over anyway and saw they had an after hours emergency number where i could read my credit card and get the lockbox code. A little extra anxiety which i didn’t need.

A small hotel in good location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to find local eateries, and especially near the airport. It is quiet and easy parking. The down side is size of the room….so small. You have to scoot around the beds and there are two chairs to sit to watch TV. No table. The AC unit is small you need it run all the time to keep it cool, hence humming sound and dry air. The beds are small and sink deep in the middle. Our backs are so stiff in the morning. Room clean provided on the third day only. If you just need a room to sleep and go out all day then it can work. The staff told us if you book direct (not through Expedia) you will get bigger/better room. After five nights we can’t wait to leave.
