Great property for the area. Liked the nightly smores by the front lobby, all the games and amenities around the pool, and the large fitness center. Stayed here for two nights while exploring the Grand Canyon and enjoyed the rest and relaxation after two days of hiking.

When we walked into this room and I noticed the pet cage, I immediately called the front desk. She said pets rooms are all they had available. I booked this room two months ago. I was so afraid of an allergy attack I did not sleep and kept my epi pen close by. It was their lack of compassion that really upset me. The cage smelled and there were stains down the wall.

Thieves and liars!

Do not waste your time and money. This place will lie and steal from you. I booked a two night stay here for a balcony room two months in advanced!! I called the day I booked the room to confirm I would have a balcony room, they confirmed. The day of my stay I had a medical emergency come up and could not make it for the first night of our two night stay. I called the hotel immediately that morning to let them know I would not be checking in for the first night. I asked if we could change my reservation to just the one night, the next night that I would be able to make it. I was informed they could not change my reservation at all, I would still be paying for the two night stay and would just be checking in a day late. I even asked the receptionist for the total that I would be paying when I check in the following day and was given a total for my two night stay. I am charged half of that total that night. The next day we head to the hotel to fulfill the second half of my reservation. When we arrive, I am told by a different receptionist that my room was given away(bc I was a “no show” the night prior), they have no other comparable rooms available and I have no reservation….. mind you, I was charged for my room the night prior and let them know I would be showing up a day late. They had no king balcony rooms to put us in and just kept telling me I was a “no show”. If you needed to rent the room so bad, you could have refunded me my money and rented it.

Pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. The rooms were very large and quiet. The hotel had s’mores at the fires when we got there (they do it every night), along with a $5 arcade card. The indoor pool had movies playing every night. Next to the outside pool they had lots of games like cornhole and pingpong!

We stayed for two consecutive nights, and the housekeeping service was a complete mess. When we checked in, the body wash bottle was empty. Despite repeatedly calling and visiting the front desk, we were given different excuses each time. Eventually, they told us that due to housekeeping issues, they could only provide body wash the next day. However, after returning from our visit to the Grand Canyon, we found that the bottle was still empty, and no one had cleaned the room—no fresh towels, no sheet changes, nothing. This was by far the worst experience we've had. Extremely disappointing.

Beautiful property. Got off on wrong foot with the hidden resort fee. Or maybe I missed it as an extra expense in website? Employees seemed disinterested in doing anything extra. No concierge services to assist with park plans. The breakfast service was limited to a buffet. breakfast restaurant with only a buffet option.

They had an arcade, bar and 6-lane bowling alley on the lower floor! We had a lot of fun there. There's a waterfall on the main floor that was so soothing every time I walked by. Rooms were very nice with a sink and large counter in the room as well as one in the bathroom. Large soaking tub, but may be harder for some to get in and out of. Room had the largest TV we've had in a hotel room. The room also had a table and two chairs. We loved it and will be back.
