Great location, right next to bright angel trailhead and a few mins walk from restaurants. Just didn't like that there wasn't AC, was a bit hot in the room in the evening. Can't really open the windows without everyone seeing what you're up to.

Grand Canyon Mornings!

There is nothing better than waking up at the Bright Angel Lodge, fixing a coffee with the single serve coffee maker, then exiting your room, walking maybe 75 steps to view the splendor of Grand Canyon!

This lodge exceeded my expectations. These cabins are totally renovated and modernized, with the exception of still having no AC - but AC is not really necessary! A large mini-fridge. A decent coffe-maker. The lodge restaurant also exceed my expectations with both superb food and lower than expected prices. Parking was easy for my cabin area. I happened to have a cabin right on the rim so the view from my window was spectacular. What a superb hotel experience!!!

I’ve stayed in the Yavapai motel and the apartments in the Canyon. These cabins are outstanding. I’d choose them every time for the proximity to the Canyon but also for their comfort. Parking can be challenging, but with some planning and a grateful spirit—it’s no trouble.

Beautiful cabin! Perfect location!! Could see canyon and walk along rim trail just steps from our door. Excellent food. Ate two nights in lounge bar. Loved being able to step out door to daytime shuttles and nighttime stars. Star gazing was amazing.

This is the best spot in the Grand Canyon. Incredible to stay in this clean, friendly spot RIGHT on the RIM! Does not have AC, and people should be prepared for that, but it's 100% worth it, in my opinion!

This property is about 15 minutes away from downtown Sedona. We found it perfect for what we needed. Nice kitchen, free laundry, pool was just steps from our suite. We walked from our place to hike Bell Rock.

We stayed in the Powel part of the lodge which are rooms setup in motel fashion. Our room has a bathroom with tub/shower. The room was nice and clean. There’s no TV (which who cares) and the rooms are tightly packed so sounds could be an issue. The only thing that I could say needed fixing is the curtains. I had a hard time getting them to overlap when closing so I could have privacy.

Nice to stay in the canyon

This allowed us to stay inside the Grand Canyon and have a view of the canyon 20 feet away. We were in a cabin and it was fine. Initially made a reservation through the official Park system site and that did not go well. After discovering, days before my trip, we actually didn’t have a room. I went onto hotels.com and found the room and it was confirmed immediately.

Great location in Grand Canyon - south rim

Bright Angle Lodge cabin rooms were spacious and comfortable, only issue is that you could hear people in the adjoining room talking etc, as they were interconnecting rooms. Other than that would definitely stay again as it was so convenient.
