The bathroom shower had red mold, and the ac unit had a lot of lint in the filter so it made a loud rattling noise, other than that it was pretty nice for being an older lodge. I probably wouldn’t stay there again, but it’s definitely a good place to stay if you want to hike early in the morning.

We lived the quiet and visits from the deer. The area around the acoom with iutdoor seating was perfect to relax in, it was only a 15min walk to the rim through the forest. Only issue was sone hairs left in the bath and a dirty batheoom floor, all the rest of the room and linens were spotless.

Great location in the canyon park

The lodge was clean, not a lot of accommodations outside the bed. Only stayed for a quick night before hiking the canyon.

Beautiful location in the park, extremely close and convenient to the sights and visitor center. Morning walks nice, saw wildlife. First room was very dirty, worn carpet even though they state renovated in the east buildings, they seem dated and old and heavily trafficked.we change to another room and it was slightly better. For the price and the proximity I guess it can be worth it. Nice dining options.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and our cabin was very clean. It was just a short walk to the Visitor Center. Shortly after we arrived, a family of elk appeared right outside our window—such a beautiful sight!

Fine for a few hours when visiting the Canyon

The Park is the star, and the hotel did us fine for one night, although it didnt feel value for money at all. Would have been cheaper if we'd booked nearer the time.
