Loved bar and the pleasant desk staff. The welcoming scent of the hotel sold me! Perfect location

Breakfast was very good with nice ammenities like fresh OJ, omlets and more. Good pastries too! The balcony room was fantastic with all new controls and lighting. Superb shower!

I was upset at first when I got there because of the manager then the next day the manager I knew from my first booking at that hotel Javier was courteous very understanding about my complaint but he took things professionally he made me feel at ease I would recommend this hotel to anyone with Javier there your problem and complain will be solve with him at the helm of this hotel . Javier is a manager I would recommend anyone going to Barca stay at Serhs hotel Ramblas ask for. Javier the manager

Yummy breakfast, esp good fresh fruit and tea options. Clean room. Perfect shower. Wish there was wash cloths.

Checking in/ out was quick and easy! Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Asked about a place to eat dinner on our first night, was given great advice and he showed us where the restaurant was! Food was great and service as well. Couple we were travelling with had to cut short their stay, they dealt with front desk staff who were able to cancel a night without penalty, thank you!! Would stay here again!
