The whole experience was fantastic. Location next to Cathedral (central), friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. Room was larger for a European room, bed was comfortable, shower was tricky, but once we figured out how it works, it was perfect. Restaurant was good (but there are so many other options walking distance from hotel we only ate there once. Offered umbrellas when it was supposed to rain, concierge worked to get us seats at Flamenco show. Made shuttle to ship pier available - just couldn’t have been a better experience.

This hotel is beautiful and the location is great. I would have given five stars if it weren’t for two minor issues, the room service menu is from the restaurant so they have a limited selection, the TV’s have a weird remote and I couldn’t really watch anything. However, if you are more cultured than me and don’t care about things like that then you will adore this independent wonderful hotel with professional and warm staff that is really unique and very welcoming.

The area is high traffic tourism as expected and is beautiful. The issue is the noise within the hotel. There is zero soundproofing, you hear every scrape of a chair and snore from your neighbouring rooms, sadly.

Perfect location, close to shops and restaurants yet very quiet. Everyone on the staff did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including an earlier check-in, which I requested due to our early flight. I'll definitely stay at Lamaro again. Please have umbrellas in the room closet besides the ones downstairs. Special thanks to Eva, Raquel, and of course, Zhor!!!
