Wonderful location in the Gothic neighborhood, excellent shopping and dining. Can walk to a lot of major attractions. The hotel is very nice, with the most delicious breakfast every morning. The rooms with a balcony are amazing. Nice bathrooms and very clean.

Staff were excellent, especially the bar man, Jose. Hotel is in an excellent location, close to the marina and lots of bars and restaurants. Room was a bit dark. Bring your own tea bags!

The curtains were very hard to open in room. Noisy outside in evenings when clubs were letting out. Getting a cab to marina proved difficult even though it was ordered in advance. Staff tried to be accommodating. Area is very walkable and staff very well informed.

The windows at this hotel are very thin. We stayed in the room 214 and every night was very noisy: garbage track was picking garbage at 1 a.m. every night, every night- different garbage plus noise from the street: we could not sleep. We stayed 6 nights and only last 2 nights we slept, after change the room. Price for that room should be cheaper, not 200$ Canadian, as we paid. Location and staff were good!

Very loud outside the hotel. Even with blinds fully closed we had to sleep with earplugs & still woke on/off throughout the night. Nightclub & nearby building renovation activities never stopped.

This hotel is in a convenient location for shopping, the marina, the beach, and transport. The only downside of this hotel is that it doesn't have any outside sitting area.
